Excellent resource! Last week I also realized the power of posting picts on Flickr and how good it felt to have a travel review site use a pict of a hotel bathroom from a recent trip to Seattle. If people would post more photos with Creative Commons and not worry about copyright with their "amateur" photos, others may use the pict and give you credit.
