I shop there in RL (real life) sometimes..never thought I'd read about them on an SEO blog. Too funny. I'm not sure there is a bill I pay online that isn't a little hard to use. I actually have a mortgage with a company that completely hides their online bill payment site. It's not on their bill, couldn't find it in Google and had to eventually call them to get the address. On top of that, they don't post the new payment amounts until the day it's due and then call me the next day wondering why I haven't paid. Lisa, you could make a career out of this.
