If a company wants to expand online, one of the best ways is via purchasing older web properties (buying older established websites).

Values of web properties can vary based on several aspects.
Some of the values could be:
How relevant is the site in question to your site and industry. Was it a store or a resource? What is the pricing options? Will it be an outright buy of the the domain and content, or only domain, or leasing, or just leasing space withing the site? When was the site first registered, when was it "established" online, how many pages are contained within the site, how many other sites are linking to the homepage, and how many are linking deep within the site. These are only some of the variables that will dictate what you should be willing to purchase additional web properties.

What the role of We Build Pages is:
We will find potential websites for sale or for lease, and we will make deals with those specific website owners. We will then describe to you any website that is willing to make purchasing or leasing deals with thier existing websites. We will not tell you the URL's until an agreed upon deposit has been made to We Build Pages. (at that point we will show you the URL, and if you refuse, we will refund your deposit).

How this works:
You show us your existing URL and tell us you can afford. We can take it from there.
We will perform research on domains to purchase for your industry using some of our non public tools which help us to identify and to contact sites of relevance to your topics. We research ownerships of domains and send emails as well as we call website owners in the quest of "creating a deal" between the website owner and We Build Pages.

Our goal it to be able to present you with 1 or more deals based off of what we have been able to obtain for offers, and based on the value that we put on the domain and the offer. You will pay We Buid Pages and agreed upon amount, and we will pay the owner our own agreed upon amount.

We will not disclose to you any of the URL's that we contacted or have offers for. This information is kept between the site owner and We Build Pages, until a deposit has been made. We will, however, describe the sites to you in great detail before asking you for an agreed upon deposit amount. The reason we do not disclose the URL's to you (and only give great descriptions) is so that we can make profit on any deals which we create.

All sites found for you are found by expressly searching for sites within your topical area. Every site is unique and the below is merely an example of some factors, and what prices could be proposed. All deals will be varied and different.

Why would you hire We Build Pages and not just do this yourself?
